Having detected a need and an opportunity in the marketplace, the company ventured into the water damage restoration business.  As the demand for these specialized services increased, the company eventually eased out of the carpet cleaning business and focused strictly on water damage restoration. Over the years, it grew to become one of the largest water damage restoration companies in the area.

In the late 90's the company decided to expand into another State and opened an additional water damage office in Seattle, Washington. In no time 1-800-WATER DAMAGE™ became the largest water damage company in Washington. As friends, family and business associates saw the company quickly grow, they inquired about opening water damage offices themselves.

Exploring the options for further expansion, the company began franchising and Seattle became the home to the corporate headquarters. Soon, multiple franchises were opened across the United States. As the demand for franchises grew 1-800-WATER DAMAGE™ began renovating an enormous building in downtown Seattle in order to create a new state-of-the-art training facility and customer support center. A truly unique, 1100-square foot residential flood house was built inside the training facility and is used for technical training and research and development. To assist with ongoing expansion efforts, a highly experienced franchise development team was brought on board.

Through their enhanced development, training and support programs, the franchise network grew and continues to grow today. With franchises located throughout the United States the network has the resources, manpower, equipment and expertise to get the job done quickly.
