Franchise Fundamentals
We at 1-800-WATER DAMAGE™ realize that most people are newcomers to franchising and have never evaluated a franchise before. That's why we have designed a system to teach you how to effectively evaluate our franchise. 1-The Industry It is important that the service you provide be a necessity and not a luxury or fad. When someone experiences a water damage they don't really have a choice as to whether they need your service or not, because without your service their alternative is mold. 2-Brandability You want to know that the name or trademark is recognizable and memorable. Our name is our phone number and describes exactly the service we provide, which makes it easy to remember. 3-Initial Training Training is a very important key to the operation of your business. Our two week training not only gives you all the tools you need to operate your business, but you will actually flood a residential house and then apply specialized drying techniques, using state-of-the-art drying equipment, to return it to its original condition. 4-Ongoing Support When you need help in the operation of your business you want to know that there will be someone there to provide guidance and support. We provide ongoing support in many different ways to help you become successful. 5-Visit the Franchisor's Headquarters As you go through the process, it is important to meet our employees and see the organized support we have to offer. We invite qualified prospects to come and spend a day with us at our Corporate Headquarters where you will meet the staff, tour our facility and spend more time getting to know us. |
