Niche Concept “Floods” Market with Three Recent Franchise Agreements

Seattle, Wash. – 1-800-WATER DAMAGE, the nation’s leading franchise specializing in water damage restoration for homes and businesses, is experiencing rapid growth with franchise agreements with entrepreneurs throughout the nation, including territories in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and California. 

The most recent franchise agreement will service the Fairfield County, Conn. area, as owners Mike, Greg and Ana Scanlon anticipate a Spring 2006 opening. 

Also, Michael Deffley is set to open the first 1-800-WATER DAMAGE location in Rhode Island in early 2006.  With 20 years of experience as the Chief Operating Officer of Greystone, Inc., Deffley’s Cranston location is expected to thrive. 

Kamran Kamrava recently signed an agreement for the San Fernando Valley area of Southern California.  A veteran auto industry sales manager, Kamrava will open his 1-800-WATER DAMAGE location in Winter 2005.
