Ongoing Training & SupportLocated in Seattle Washington, our state-of-the-art National Training Center is comprised of training classrooms and a residential home, built inside our training center, to provide you with the optimum training environment.

Our Operations training consists of one week of classroom instruction in Administrative Procedures, Management Systems, Proven Methods of Operation, and Effective Marketing Techniques. You will also see, first hand, our company owned office in full operation.

The second week of training is our specialized hands-on training. This consists of a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on technical training in our on-site flood house, which is one of a few in the world.

Along with training, we at 1-800-WATER DAMAGE™, realize the importance of having a knowledgeable team behind you to provide ongoing support, and the significance it has to the success of your franchise. That is why we are here to assist you every step of the way in achieving your business success.

With a team of experience in the service industry, our support to you begins immediately. We have third party financing and leasing programs available for your equipment and capital expenditures. Our special relationships with preferred vendors have enabled us to negotiate reduced pricing on equipment and products for our franchises, and there is much, much more. We also have our trained staff ready to guide and assist you with any questions that arise. Whether you have an operational question or a customer service issue we are here to help you.
