Welcome Rowland, Steve, Eric, and Diane!
We would like to welcome our new managing operators to the 1-800 WATER DAMAGE network!
Please meet Rowland Crosby, managing operator of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Royal Oak/Sterling Heights.
Rowland was first drawn to 1-800 WATER DAMAGE because of its association with BELFOR. The backing of a company the size of BELFOR sparked his interest and led him to the managing operator role with the brand. The 1-800 WATER DAMAGE brand logo also caught Rowland's eye due to the fact it includes the phone number in the brand name itself.
Rowland will be serving Metro Detroit cities including Sterling Heights, Royal Oak, Warren, and Madison Heights. He has several business goals, but ultimately he wants to achieve $2.5 million in sales as quickly as possible.
Rowland has two young children; a young boy named Rowland Crosby III who is 6 years old, and a young girl named Zara Crosby who is 5 years old. They both have pet turtles. When he's not working, Rowland keeps himself active by participating in hobbies like mountain biking, golfing, running, and swimming.

Please meet Steve Dunn, managing operator of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Marietta, GA.
Steve was introduced to 1-800 WATER DAMAGE through a franchise consultant that used 1-800 WATER DAMAGE for water remediation services. He encouraged Steve that his construction insurance background made him a great fit for this type of business. Steve quickly realized how he could utilize his relevant experience, knowledge, and contacts to build a successful 1-800 WATER DAMAGE business. Seeing the immense support the home office offers was a key factor in Steve's decision to join the 1-800 WATER DAMAGE family.
As managing operator of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Marietta, GA, Steve plans to grow his business quickly and become a major competitor to other remediation companies in his area. Helping others is very important to Steve, and his superior customer service will encourage customers to call him the moment they are in need.
Steve enjoys spending time with his immediate family, most of whom live nearby, with the exception of his sister who lives in Birmingham, Alabama. Steve has a two and a half year old mixed breed dog named Gus. He also has many hobbies outside of work which include reading, listening to music, traveling, and working out.

Please meet Eric Edwards, managing operator of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Duluth/Cumming.
Several factors led Eric to 1-800 WATER DAMAGE. The first being the commitment of the brand to help people in their time of need. In addition, Eric understands the BELFOR name is well-recognized, respected, and is backed by an experienced support team. The managing operator option along with the continued guidance and support the brand offers ultimately assured Eric opening a 1-800 WATER DAMAGE location was an opportunity he could not pass up.
Eric plans to target Duluth, Cumming, and the surrounding cities in his Georgia territory. His overall goal is to make 1-800 WATER DAMAGE a household name within his territory and throughout the state of Georgia. Eric plans to accomplish this by providing a strong marketing presence in the residential, commercial, and multifamily affordable housing market.
Eric has been married to his wife Melissa for 25 years. They are both from West Virginia, but moved to Atlanta in the 90's to start new careers in a growing city. Eric and Melissa have a 13-year old Labrador/Golden Retriever mix named Libby. Libby was found abandoned at their neighbor's gate shortly after birth. They decided to keep her and she has been the centerpiece of their home ever since because of the unconditional love she exudes every day. When Eric is not busy with work, he enjoys reading, traveling, exercising, and volunteering at his church.
Eric can be reached at eric.edwards@1800waterdamage.
Please meet Diane Keegan, managing operator of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Chesapeake/Norfolk.
Diane discovered 1-800 WATER DAMAGE during her research for opportunities available to her after she retired from teaching. The emphasis the brand displays on communication and support from all team members within the company set 1-800 WATER DAMAGE apart from other opportunities she looked into.
Diane will be targeting major Virginia cities including Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Suffolk. Diane has set a goal to reach $200,000 in gross sales her first year. Within five years, she hopes to expand with multiple crews and settle into a supervisor and marketing role.
Diane's husband, Jim, is a teacher who plans to retire in five years. Jim will soon join Diane and work as a technician for the business. They have a 20-year-old son named Alex who is studying accounting at college and will also work as a technician in his spare time. Their 17-year-old daughter, Elizabeth, is going into her senior year of high school and is currently researching where to go to college. The family has two Dachshunds, who are loud barkers but the best snugglers, and a yellow-bellied slider turtle. Outside of work, Diane enjoys walking, working out, reading, golfing, and playing tennis.
