We would like to welcome our newest general manager and managing operator to the 1-800 WATER DAMAGE family!
Please meet David Olson, general manager of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Seattle.
David joins 1-800 WATER DAMAGE with decades of experience in the restoration industry. Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of leadership and development roles at several leading restoration and cleaning franchises. His experience in franchise ownership, management, operations, and training make him an excellent fit as the new general manager of the 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Seattle location. Given his time in the industry, David was familiar with BELFOR's strong reputation and took notice of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE's strong branding. Over the past couple of years, he also built a strong professional relationship with several of the 1-800 WATER DAMAGE regional partners. Once David was introduced to the general manager position in his area, he jumped at the opportunity to join the 1-800 WATER DAMAGE family.
In his new role as general manager, David plans to represent the 1-800 WATER DAMAGE brand with honor and integrity, and he strives to become a leading location in the network. 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Seattle currently covers the King County area of Washington state, which includes Seattle. David looks forward to continuing to provide excellent service for the very large and diverse population within his territory. With the diversity of business and community structures in Seattle, David will also focus on adaptability in order to meet their various needs and continue growing his business.

Please meet Ramon Campbell, managing operator of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of SE Salt Lake City.
Ramon joins 1-800 WATER DAMAGE with extensive experience in the real estate industry. For the past 24 years, Ramon and his wife, Tammy, have worked in residential construction, real estate development, and real estate sales in the Salt Lake Metro Area. They have built just over 400 homes and represented both the buying and selling side of hundreds of real estate transactions. There isn't much that surprises them when it comes to properties, so when Ramon and Tammy looked for a new chapter in their lives, they were drawn to the restoration business.
1-800 WATER DAMAGE first stood out to Ramon because of the "outside the box" thinking that went into the franchise offering, and he loved the idea of working with people who aren't afraid to do things differently. After researching many competitor companies, Ramon and Tammy felt that 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, with its connection to BELFOR, would give them a leg up on the competition. Ultimately, the excellent training and the financial strength of the brand helped solidify Ramon's decision to join the 1-800 WATER DAMAGE family.
In all their previous endeavors, Ramon and Tammy have found success by creating relationships and embracing the opportunity to help others in need. The Campbells plan to continue following this people-first philosophy with their new 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of SE Salt Lake City business. Ramon's business goal with 1-800 WATER DAMAGE is to create and grow a restoration company whose services exceed the expectations of clients. By being there "in time and on time" for customers, and living up to their promises as a business, Ramon knows he can achieve his goals. He is looking forward to working with the 1-800 WATER DAMAGE team and building the brand in the Salt Lake City area.
Ramon and Tammy have been married for almost 27 years. They have three daughters and one son together, and they also have a new son-in-law and another soon-to-be son-in-law. Although Ramon is a native Californian, Tammy is a native Utahn, and their family has lived in the Draper, Utah area for the past 27 years, which has helped them become well-connected to the community. When they are not busy with work, the Campbells enjoy many outdoor activities, including mountain biking, water sports, snow sports, and they also enjoy vacationing with family and friends.
