The guys were at my house within 45 minutes of a major water heater overflow, and they immediately started removing excess water and drying out the house. They carefully assessed what needed to be done and didn’t do too much. While it became necessary to remove a wet ceiling, they were able to save my wood floors below, as well as another ceiling in the neighboring room.
