“Our apartment complex recently experienced a major flood from the foundation. It happened on a Friday afternoon, our tenant was is total panic, I’m a new property manager, I wasn’t really sure what to do, so I called 1-800-water damage and Jardan was excellent to work with. He and a crew were on site in a matter of a couple hours to begin clean up. They worked through the weekend and into Monday to take care of us. They found mold and immediately called me to figure out a plan. I couldn’t have asked for better communication or ease in handling this situation. “I had a blockage in my septic line that caused cat 3 water to back up into the house through the toilets and in the walk-in shower. I called 1-800 Water Damage they were here the very next day to get readings and document and take pictures of the damage to be turned into insurance. They began remediation and removed all the contaminated material throughout the areas that were affected by cat 3 water .Their technicians were very informative polite and very professional. Out of the misery we had from the damage we enjoyed having them here and they gave us peace of mind. Would definitely call these people again if ever needed for any situation.
