Owner
Seth Washburn is the Owner of 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Western Colorado. Raised in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, Seth graduated from Mesa State College (before it became CMU!) in 2004. He began his restoration career in 2008 with a small carpet cleaning company in the Roaring Fork Valley, primarily serving Aspen. As the company expanded and added a mitigation division, Seth discovered a true passion for helping people during some of the most stressful moments of their lives.
Over the years, Seth has worked tirelessly to grow his expertise and elevate the restoration industry. He holds numerous certifications through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) and has earned the prestigious Triple Master designation of Master Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, and Master Textile Cleaner. He also maintains an Asbestos Supervisor Certification through the CDPHE (Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment) and has completed OSHA 10-, 30-, and 40-hour General Industry training.
Seth’s leadership is driven by genuine care for people and a commitment to the company’s core values: Caring, Integrity, and GRIT. He is passionate about living out the 1-800 WATER DAMAGE mission of Restoring What Matters Most™, guiding homeowners with empathy and expertise as they navigate water, fire, and mold losses. Seth has been married to his wife, Chantelle, since 2006. Together, they raise their four children and enjoy life in Fruita, Colorado.
