I HIT THE JACKPOT WHEN I GOT JOE REZENDES ON THE PHONE. HE SAID HE’D BE THERE THE NEXT DAY AND HE WAS–THIS WAS A SUNDAY. WHO’D EXPECT ANYONE WOULD COME ON A SUNDAY. JOE WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT AT COMMUNICATING THE PROBLEM.

“I hit the jackpot when I got Joe Rezendes on the phone. He said he’d be there the next day and he was–this was a Sunday. Who’d expect anyone would come on a Sunday. Joe was polite, professional and great at communicating the problem. I realized I had a mold problem in my basement. This was late on a Saturday. I wanted an estimate of the cost to remove the mold. I was googling to find someone and I hit the jackpot when I got Joe Rezendes on the phone. He said he’d be there the next day and he was–this was a Sunday. Who’d expect anyone would come on a Sunday. Joe was polite, professional and great at communicating the problem. Unfortunately, he was headed out of the country the next week but promised to start the job as soon as he was back. I could have googled to find someone else to do the job sooner, but I felt comfortable with Joe and decided he was worth the wait. As he said he would, he got in touch with me when he got back. He came and finished the job in one day. I was very pleased. Not only did he do a great and fast job, he recommend someone to do the drywall, which saved me another google search. Jacob, the drywall guy he recommended, came a few days later and started the job the following Sunday. Again, who in this line of work works on a Sunday? In fact, Jacob has taken on some other jobs at my house. I am very happy with this whole experience and would recommend Joe and Jacob to anyone who wants a job done right and fast.”
