“Fabulous experience! Our dishwasher leaked on the hardwood kitchen floor, and the floor boards were “cupping” due to the water damage. Red Howard responded immediately and agreed to come take a look. He was at the house within a few hours and had injectidry vacuum pads installed that afternoon to extract the moisture. He warned me that the noise would get annoying and that it was difficult to determine how long the process would take. He stopped by every morning for a week to check on the progress. After 8 days, our floors are essentially back to normal. We were able to save the expense and hassle of getting the floors replaced or refinished. I would use 1-800-Water Damage again in an instant, although I really hope I don’t have the opportunity to do so anytime soon. Highly recommend Red and his crew!”
